Ups will get 49 by 2028 and most likely will get no colas. So for the second contract in a row usps is closing the gap. This will also solve the problem with the table 2 carriers. Table 2 carriers, on average, would have made 120k less than tabe 1. If these numbers are true, that will cut the difference almost in half.
