Go to the mods page, move your mouse to a non-button area and select any mod, press CTRL + A to select all mods, and then use the menu that pops up at the bottom of the page. Hello. I assumed there would be an option to disable all mods with a single button.
If you are using Vortex: - Purge all mods - turn it off (it will cry if you don't) - keep it off until you have a working game. Do not hit deploy. Do not launch the game via Vortex. Doing either will reset everything you just did. Run cyberpunk2077_disable_all_mods.bat by double-clickingUpdate sfse and any other mods that need it. The only time I needed visual reordering was because merge plugins needs the plugins to load consecutively. Visual reordering could be added behind a hidden advanced mode though.

So I add Fallout 4, start adding some mods but decide to take a break and play some Skyrim.
