So I modified the ATV steering hardware and now the turning radius is much smaller; can go in a circle on a 2 lane driveway (as shipped this is not possible). Both the 8 and 2 year old now love the ATV. One other modification was on the handlebars: after a short ride the handlebars would become very loose and needed to be tightened again.
