View from my seat lyric theater.
The seats were beyond perfect for this show.my kids and I sat in seats 4-8 and it was a spectacular view of the magic and surprises. Seat 2 does have a small railing in view but the woman who sat there next to us said she could see just fine.
Lyric Theatre Dress Circle. The Dress Circle is the smallest section of the theatre with just 148 seats split amongst eight rows (A-H). This section is just above the Stalls and below the Upper Circle. In the Dress Circle, the first four rows (A-D) follow the curve of the balcony, meaning that the seats towards the ends of these rows look at ...Balcony 1. The first balcony at the Lyric Theatre offers great viewing in any of the seats from rows A—J. The middle seats in rows K and L are also great, but sit anywhere behind these rows and you might feel far removed from the show. Balcony 2. The top platform is really high and great for viewing ensemble shows with lots of dancing. Lyric Opera of Chicago. West Side Story. Excellent view of the whole stage, can see to back row percussionists in the orchestra pit, no obstructions, one seat in from the aisle. Lyric Theatre. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Even though our 2 seats 34 & 36 are on the far right end of the row, the view was perfect, especially considering these were $200 seats that we got in the lottery for $49. Unfortunately, the seats were much better than the show. Orchestra R.

Fantastic seat. View was restricted (on a few occasions the performers were not visible/central scenes not seen as intended), however looking down into the orchestral section and being so close to the stage more than made up for this.Lyric Opera of Chicago.
