Pry up the window switch panel with a flat blade screwdriver. Pry out the door panel with a door panel clip tool or putty knife. Lift the door panel up and off. Only the switch panel needs to be removed. To remove it just pull up on it in the front then pull the back out. It is held in by spring clips. Once it is off there is one 8mm bolt behind it.
